REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. General provisions
1.2. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.3. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about the Buyer of the Site.
1.4. By using the Website and providing their personal data to the Operator, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy, confirms that he is familiar with all the points of this Policy and accepts them without exceptions and reservations.
1.5. The Buyer expresses his full agreement with the terms of the Policy by clicking special buttons on the pages of the Website when filling out forms. In case of disagreement with any of the points of the Policy, the Buyer has no right to use the Site.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.5. Buyer is a Website visitor who wants to purchase and/or purchases Goods from the Operator.
2.6. Goods – goods sold by the Operator to Customers remotely, information about which is posted on the Website (postage stamps).
2.7. "Cookie" file is a file that is stored on the Buyer's computer or mobile device, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an http request each time when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.
3. Buyer's personal data processed by the Operator
3.1. The Operator processes the personal information that the Buyer provides about himself independently during the use of the Site, including the Buyer's personal data. The Operator receives and processes the following Buyer's data sent to them via forms posted on the Website:

3.1.2. phone number;
3.1.3. email address;
3.1.4. full address of the place of residence (registration) The buyer to whom the Goods will be delivered; the address includes an indication of the region of the Russian Federation, city, street name, house number, apartment;

3.4. The Operator uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica to analyze Site traffic. Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica generate statistical and other information about the Site using cookies that are stored on the Buyer's computers. This information is used to compile reports on the use of the Site. Received data is stored in Google and Yandex.
3.5. The Operator does not process personal data of a special category, including data on political, religious and other beliefs, membership in public associations and trade union activities, about the private and intimate life of the Buyer.
3.6. In general, the Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the Buyer and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the Buyer provides
reliable and sufficient personal information specified in the request forms and keeps this information up to date.
3.7. This Policy applies only to the services of the Site. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party Sites to which the Buyer can click on the links available on the Site.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The Operator collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the sale of the Goods to the Buyer.
4.2. Purposes of processing the Buyer's personal data:
4.2.1. Identification of the party within the use of the Site services.
4.2.2. The sale of Goods and the possibility of using the Site by the Buyer.
4.2.3. Targeting of advertising materials.
4.2.4. Providing the Buyer with access to the information contained on the Website.
4.2.5. Improving the quality of the Site, the convenience of its use, the development of new services.
4.2.6. Advertising and promotion of Goods and services sold by the Operator through the Website.
4.2.7. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
4.2.8. Establishing feedback with the Buyer, if necessary, processing applications from the Buyer.
4.2.9. Conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
4.2.10. Providing the Buyer with access to the Websites or services of the Operator's partners in order to receive products, updates and services.
5. Buyer's consent. Legal grounds for processing personal data
5.1. The Operator processes the Buyer's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the Buyer independently through special forms located on the Website.
5.2. By voluntarily filling out the relevant forms and /or sending their personal data to the Operator, the Buyer expresses his indisputable consent to this Policy. The Buyer's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious. The present consent of the Buyer is recognized as executed in a simple written form.
5.3. If the Buyer does not give Consent, this automatically entails the impossibility of continuing registration (re-registration) on the Site, proper execution of the Buyer's orders, and, as a result, the impossibility of further use of the Site and the information provided by it, since the Operator will not be able to continue to fulfill the terms of contracts without violating the law (including accepting payments, 5.4. - legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
- purposes and methods of personal data processing used by the operator;
- the name and location of the operator, information about persons (with the exception of the operator's employees) who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with the operator or on the basis of federal law;
- processed personal data relating to the relevant subject of personal data, the source of their receipt, unless another procedure for the submission of such data is provided by Federal Law;
- terms of processing of personal data, including the terms of their storage;
- the procedure for the exercise by the subject of personal data of the rights provided for by Federal Law;
- information about the transborder data transfer that has been carried out or is expected to be carried out;
- the name or surname, first name, patronymic and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of the Operator, if processing is or will be entrusted to such a person;
- other information provided by Federal law or other federal laws.
6. Security, procedure and conditions for the collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing
6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.2. The processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
6.3. The confidentiality of the Buyer's personal information is maintained. The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to the personal data of unauthorized persons.
6.4. The Buyer's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:
6.4.1. The Buyer has expressed his consent to such actions.
6.4.2. The transfer is necessary as part of the Buyer's use of the Website or for the sale of Goods to the Buyer.
6.4.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.
6.4.4. Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him.
6.5. Only authorized employees of the Operator have access to personal data. All employees of the Operator who have access to personal data must adhere to the Policy. 6.6. The Buyer agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties (courier services, delivery services) solely for the purpose of delivering the Goods to the Buyer (the person authorized by him).
6.7. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the Buyer about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6.8. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the Buyer can update (change, update, supplement) them independently by sending a notification letter to the Operator's e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org marked "Updating/changing personal data".
6.9. Personal data processing period: until the date of execution of the Contract by the Operator (delivery of the Goods to the Buyer) or until the Buyer withdraws such consent. The Operator undertakes to terminate the processing of the Buyer's personal data and destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of: execution of the Contract by the Operator (delivery of the Goods to the Buyer) or receipt of a withdrawal of consent from the Buyer.
6.10. The Buyer may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification letter to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address email@example.com marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
6.11. Notification letters specified in clauses 6.8. - 6.10. of the Policy may also be sent to on paper by the Buyer at the address: 197372, St. Petersburg, a/z 170.
6.12. The deletion, destruction, and destruction of personal data are carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation and regulatory acts of the Operator. Deletion, destruction of personal data is carried out by responsible persons:
6.12.1. in cases stipulated by the law and this Policy;
6.12.2. at the request of the Buyer, a government agency or a court;
6.12.3. after the expiration of the storage period;
6.12.4. after the expiration of the need.
7.2. The Buyer acknowledges that in case of the Buyer's negligent attitude to the security and protection of his personal data, third parties may gain unauthorized access to the Buyer's personal and other data. In this case, the Operator is not responsible for losses caused to the Buyer and/or third parties by such access.
7.3. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator is not responsible if this information:
became public domain before its loss or disclosure;
was received from a third party before it was received by the Operator;
was disclosed with the consent of the Buyer.
7.4. The Operator is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred by the Buyer and/or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of the Policy, instructions or instructions on how to use the Site, regarding the order of data placement and other technical issues.
8. Final provisions
8.1. The Buyer can receive any clarifications on issues of interest concerning the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
8.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and at its discretion. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. If any provision of the Policy, including any offer, clause or part thereof, is found to be contrary to the law or invalid, this will not affect the remaining provisions that do not contradict the law, they remain in full force and are valid, and any invalid provision or provision that cannot be fulfilled without further action by the Parties, it is considered changed, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and the possibility of implementation.
8.7. The Operator does not accept offers from the Buyer regarding changes to this Policy.
8.8. All disputes between the parties are resolved through negotiations. The claim procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory, the response time to the claim is 10 (ten) working days.
8.9. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes are resolved in court at the location of the Operator.
